Walt enjoys helping clients succeed in their legal matters based upon more than 65,000 billable hours of client services. It is with this knowledge on both sides of the financial and regulatory issues which allows Walt to represent his clients in a variety of industries effectively, on time and on budget.
Peter has 30 plus years of experience concentrating in real estate law and title matters. In 2006, Pete was appointed by the Governor of Florida to serve as Tax Collector of Palm Beach County. After serving out his term, Peter returned to Carney Stanton P.L. to continue his land use and transactional legal practice.
Joan is an attorney with over 30 years of experience. Her practice areas are Estate Planning and Asset Protection. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and North Carolina. Prior to working in Estate Planning and Asset Protection, Joan worked as an international legal consultant and business attorney.
